Our Work Flow
Here’s a Step-by-Step Look at Our Remodeling Process:
1. Initial Meeting
2. Design Agreement Meeting
Your free in-home meeting is designed to discuss your vision.
We’ll review idea books, Pinterest boards, and other inspirations.
We’ll answer the question, “What will be renovated and why?”
Your Design Agreement Meeting is also free to discuss project design ideas, pricing, and projected timelines.
If you are happy, you’ll sign a design agreement and pay for the work completed in the design phase.
3. Collaborate
4. Meeting with Design Team
You will join our online forum used to communicate ideas, images, and plans with the entire team.
You will view and check off a list of “to-dos” and you’ll have a calendar for material deadlines.
Next, you’ll have an in-home meeting with the design team to discuss finishes.
Measurements will be taken and all inspirations will be reviewed. We even have a tutorial on how to make selections.
5. Plans & Selection
6. Design Presentation Meeting
Your design team will present your layout options. All your selections will be curated and include quotes.
You’ll also have another in-home meeting with your Design Team that will include 3D renderings.
You can adjust plans and review all plans for final approval.
7. Trade Meeting
8. Construction Agreement
You’ll have an in-home meeting with your trade partners (Electrician, plumber, and other craftsmen) to discuss specific details of your project.
Then, you will have a fixed price agreement provided that includes a detailed scope of work.
You will also be provided with a start date and project timeline. Then and only then will there be a contract and paid a deposit to lock in your start date.
9. Preconstruction Meeting
10. Construction
Your and the production staff discuss logistics like pet safety, dumpster location, storage, etc.
All your questions are answered, and you have contact information for the full team, including your project manager.
For construction, a barrier is installed to keep dust out of living spaces.
Demo begins. Your Jobsite is cleaned daily and you have weekly project walkthroughs, as well as approvals of any change orders.
11. Completion & Warranty
Any issues identified are addressed and corrected before completion. Our support continues after final payment with 60-day and 1-year scheduled warranty visits to address any newly discovered concerns.
A final warranty punch list is created AFTER a 3-year warranty on all work!
